TRADEMARK CHECK & ANALYSIS
 

Trademark rejection cases most often occur due to imprecise checking; therefore, it is recommended to check whether the trademark has been registered or is in the application process by another party.

We prioritize quality in trademark analysis/studies. We will conduct an analysis/study on the trademark to be applied for to minimize the risk of rejection. The fee is USD 50 per trademark / per class, paid in advance.

 

TRADEMARK REGISTRATION
 

A trademark is a "sign" consisting of images, names, words, letters, numbers, color arrangements, or combinations thereof that possess distinctiveness and are used in the trade of goods and services.

A trademark is valid for 10 years from the application date and can be renewed every 10 years thereafter.

Requirements for Individuals:
1. Copy of ID Card (KTP)
2. Trademark Label / Logo

Requirements for Companies:
1. Copy of Company Establishment Deed
2. Copy of Company Tax ID (NPWP)
3. Copy of Director's ID Card (KTP)
4. Trademark Label / Logo

Work Stages and Fees (no hidden cost):

1. Check and Analysis, trademark rejection cases most often occur due to imprecise checking; therefore, it is recommended to check whether the trademark has been registered by another party or is in the application process.

2. Registration Application, if the results of the Check and Analysis indicate that the desired trademark is sufficiently safe, a trademark registration application will be filed immediately. The fee is USD 400 per trademark/per class maximum, paid in advance.

TRADEMARK MONITORING
 

A trademark is a valuable asset that deserves to be maintained and protected; therefore, ensure that your trademark is well-guarded against activities by other parties who wish to imitate or exploit your brand.

We use a search method with exclusive technology that we have specially designed. We do not only look for identical trademarks but also carefully search for trademarks similar to yours.

We periodically monitor trademarks from other parties whenever a Trademark Official Gazette (BRM) is published. We will identify phonetic, visual, and conceptual similarities considered close to your trademark, which would certainly pose a risk to your brand's value.

Furthermore, we will notify you via email if there is a trademark application from another party considered capable of interfering with or harming your trademark's existence. This allows for immediate preventive action by filing an objection (opposition) to the trademark office to reject the opposing party's trademark.

INDUSTRIAL DESIGN
 

Industrial Design is the design of a product for an industrial commodity. Industrial Design registration protects industrial product designs that cover elements of creative form, configuration, or composition of lines or colors, or lines and colors, or a combination thereof in three-dimensional or two-dimensional form.
